Make your work visible β for yourself and for others.
I help solopreneurs make better decisions in their everyday lives β with systems that make learning and working visible.
You work all day. You complete tasks, respond to messages, make decisions. And in the evening? You can hardly say what you've actually done. Let alone explain it to someone else.
The problem isn't your productivity. The problem is that your knowledge, your decisions and your progress remain invisible β to you and to others.
Knowledge work has a visibility problem
Solopreneurs and knowledge workers do valuable work every day β but it disappears in emails, chats and notes that no one ever reads again.
- You lose almost an entire working day per week searching for, structuring and retrieving information
- Tasks in one app, customers in another, notes somewhere in between β your knowledge is fragmented instead of connected
- Last week's idea? Stored somewhere. Probably.
- Your progress is invisible β to you and to those around you
Make learning visible β because it shows your results, because it helps you progress, because it puts you in tune with your environment.
What changes when work becomes visible
Visible work not only changes your productivity β it changes how you learn, make decisions and collaborate.
- Clarity in everyday life β At the end of the day, you know what you have achieved. You work more consciously and with greater focus.
- Better decisions β When your knowledge is structured and accessible, you can make the right decisions more quickly.
- Learning becomes part of work β When you document your thoughts, you learn actively. Your knowledge grows β and remains available.
- Less cognitive load β Your head is free when your system thinks for itself. You outsource knowledge instead of carrying it.
- Lasting impact β Visible work inspires others. It shows what is possible β and invites others to learn along with you.
Those who do not make their work visible lose not only knowledge β but also impact.
My approach: your operating system for knowledge and work
I help solopreneurs make their daily work visible β through personal knowledge management (PKM), targeted use of digital tools and structured working methods that integrate seamlessly into your everyday life.
Not revolution. Evolution. It is often small changes in your daily work that make the biggest difference. Like a garden that needs to be tended β not like a machine that is programmed once.
How I work with you
1:1 consulting β Analysing together, building purposefully.
We look at your current way of working, your tools and your challenges β and develop a tailor-made system for tasks, knowledge and communication. Personal system architecture with proven frameworks (PARA, Second Brain) and ongoing support.
System design & implementation β Build practically, use sustainably.
I build your personal operating system with you β in Notion or the tool of your choice. Tailor-made implementation, training & handover, coaching on the job β until the new working methods are firmly established.
Workshops β Compact formats, big impact.
For teams and groups β also customisable: Digital productivity pyramid, Good notes β the oxygen for your knowledge work or Metacognition and question atmospheres.
For solopreneurs who want to make their work visible
You are a strategist, implementer and marketer all rolled into one. You juggle projects, content, customers and ideas β and much of it remains in your head or scattered across various tools.
I help you build a system that thinks for itself β so that you can:
- Showcase your expertise instead of hiding it
- Share your knowledge in a structured way instead of hoarding it
- Document your progress instead of forgetting it
- Scale your business sustainably β with clarity instead of chaos
Your knowledge is your greatest asset. Make it visible β for yourself, for your customers and for your future self.

Hey, I'm Georg.
Georg Gusewski β knowledge accomplice, digital gardener and Notion systems designer.
Three roles, one insight: as a headmaster, I lead a team. As a Chief Learning Officer, I shape how organisations learn. And as a solopreneur, I'm building my own business β with Notion as the operating system for everything. What connects all three: the best ideas get lost in chaos. Not because of a lack of discipline β but because of a lack of system.
For over 15 years, I have been involved in learning, knowledge management and the targeted design of personal working environments. I studied philosophy and biology, completed a CAS in New Work β and have helped people get to grips with their digital world in over 100 training courses. What drives me: leading more consciously, learning more sustainably and being more productive β without losing myself in the process.
Today, I use Notion to build personal operating systems for solopreneurs who think a lot, achieve a lot β and finally want to stop wasting time searching, sorting and forgetting. I combine didactic know-how with tried-and-tested methods such as Getting Things Done, PARA and Building a Second Brain.
My clients appreciate my style: goal-oriented, calm, concrete β without detours to the system that really works. The result: more focus. More output. More of what is really important to you.
βWriting is the process of digesting of our thinking. Taking notes makes thinking visible and tangible.β
